Research On Dynamic Trust Mechanism Of Open Innovation Community Members

Since the concept of open innovation proposed by Chesbrough, more and more organizations beganto use this force the parties together with the way of innovation, open innovation has graduallybecome the core strategic organizational innovation in the plan. While the use of the Internetresources, the actual user organizations launched a product or service to participate in theinnovation, open innovation is the source of innovation, this network community is called openinnovation network community, terminal user community members is the organization’s productsand services. The characteristics of the open innovation to open innovation community, and hasfeatures of network community in the actual operation.Many organizations in the control on theprocess of open innovation, lack of user innovation idea of understanding and adoption, it isdifficult to absorb the sources of innovation; and in the community innovation activities,membersoften need for innovation service idea or provider evaluation, credibility of interaction betweenmembers of the activities can provide innovative services for organizations to understand the theentity to provide a guarantee, the trust management related to open innovation communitymembers.Therefore, based on the study of open innovation community, introducing the concept of trust andtrust model, through the research on open innovation community members dynamic trustmechanism, the characteristics of safety, to solve the open innovation community networkuncertainty and dynamics of organizational innovation to absorb the problem. At present, thedefinition of trust is still no consensus, based on trust management and trust evaluation model, trustresearch, according to the characteristics of the community open innovation network,this paperpresents a Bayesian network as a model: OICTrust model of open innovation community membersbased on dynamic information, to handle the dynamic trust the relationship between the members ofthe open innovation community in the network, and then trust evaluation of members. This paperwill open innovation community members trust value as the direct trust value and recommendationtrust value and both, adopt corresponding treatment methods respectively in the model, and givesthe trust value update formula; at the same time, a Bayesian network model for advantage,surveyresults and a prior knowledge or subjective probability are combined, in the use of continuous the process of decision making, and gradually improve the decision making more scientific; incentivefactor to members of the evaluation also join in the model, to a certain extent curb maliciousevaluation. In the simulation test in the last, to verify the OICTrust model system of objectivejustice, shows that the model is effective and reasonable, and achieves the expected design targetmodel, to better provide trust guarantee for open innovation community members.
