In march, 2003.President Hu Jintao pointed that news units should strive to make news reports practical popularity and approach to life, serving for the socialism and the general situation of party and nation in further improvement and leading comrades activities of working meetings. Li Changchun and some leaders also emphasized the importance of"Three approaches"on many occasions ,and expended the field of studing and implementing for"The three approaches"to news propaganda outside of literature and art publishing, spiritual civilization, ideological and political work in every route. So"The three approaches"has the great significance. With the development of economic globalization , technology spreading has became informationize , the political life of democratization is highlighted increasingly in the world. .Our media must approach to the practical economic, services the socialist market economic well and strength the basis of their economic. The global village makes any information can transfer in synchronism which is secludes from the world .Under the circumstance that the communication and competition of the world news media is becoming more severe,so there is only the way of the three approaches .Only the three approaches can not lose the Chinese character and based on the foundation .People's media people do ,people'media for people .People are the protagonist to the people's media.Only the media regard the people as the protagonist,and approaches to the commom people and that can't be abandoned by the protagonist.The first part summarized the three approaches and the news spread effects. Specific include the three approaches ,news dissemination and the meaning of concept for news media . The classification and characteristics of the three approaches .The second part took"moved China"as an example, and made an empirical analysis to the news media effect ,which the three approaches brought in a positive way. At the same time ,the super girl failed to make good use of the three approaches , so that produced negative effect.The third part mainly aimed at the above example analysis, obtains some thought and countermeasures from the three approaches spread of news effect.
