Network Communication And Human Development

Following with the computer, internet and communication technology development rapidly, human's society entered the internet era gradually since the middle of 20th century. Communication through the internet has already become an important component of the social communication nowadays. Internet communication has many new characters that the traditional social communications not have. It is a new way of communication. Internet communication has created new conditions for human's development and promoted enormously it, and bring a serious of new problems to hinder human's development to some extent at the same time. We should base the correct understanding of active value and negative effect of it brings to, adopt the internet communication's advantages and avoid its shortcomings, then standardize and perfect it, make it develop healthy and orderly.
