Internet has rapidly developed since 1990s of the 20th century on which internet first arrived at China. It soon infiltrated every corner of the human's life, and increasingly affected our life. With the development of the technology of the computer and internet, a new area of the human's life "The Internet Society" was born and soon developed. It, to a certain extent, has changed the manner of human's existence, and has a far-reaching effect on the whole society. In the Internet Society most of the users are adolescents, so we worth to pay more attention on the impacts of the internet on adolescents and the problems which were caused by them.There are all kinds of information, and all sorts of performances in internet, and also having the atmosphere of the society: open, free and equal. The Internet Society will widen the channel of knowledge's source, and expand the interpersonal scope, and promote the development of the consciousness and independent character, and also do help of contributing the thinking of open and update with the times. On account of the share, timely and interactive of the internet, it gives much help to the adolescents on understanding the society much better, and it is more helpful to generally self-development in the real society. But there are two blades of a sword, while internet is playing positive impacts on adolescents, the negative impacts it brings are never neglected. The adolescents are in the time when their physiologic and psychology are in the stage of development. And the systems of their thinking and consciousnesses have not constructed yet. So they could be easier affected by the negative phenomenon in the Internet Society. For example some adolescents were so depended on internet that they neglected their family and friends, some of them even dropped their study and works. The Internet Addiction doesn't only affect the adolescents' health, but also brings harm to the person around them. On account of its unreality and anonymous, the internet becomes unstandardization, and causing a series of ethical problems. For example honesty, net loving, and cyber crime. These warn us that it is the high time guiding adolescents to use internet correctly, and helping the IAD youth to emancipate, and how to construct a better circumstance for their growth. These are urgent for the ideology education.
