The Research Of Negative Impacts And Countermeasures Of Mobile Internet On Urban Junior Middle School Students' Ideological And Political Education

Mobile Internet refers to the use of mobile phones support network through the WAP, an agreement associated with the Internet, so as to achieve the purpose of surfing. Along with 3G mobile phones and the increasing promotion of 3G services, mobile phone network development gradually improved, 3G mobile phone Internet access gradually, mobile Internet speed been a qualitative improvement, at the same time, mobile Internet tariffs are further reduced. As the mobile Internet are portable, fast and inexpensive, it quickly became the main tool for urban junior middle school students. "Internet of the Pockets" has become the urban junior middle school students'pursuit of fashion trends which has also become a new focus of ideological and political education.The author combined the urban junior middle school students own characteristics and theoretical knowledge to design questionnaire. We can know the time, purpose, consumption and the others present situation of mobile Internet of urban junior middle school student better, so that we can design questionnaire, at the same time, interviewed the teachers and guardians in order to understand the awareness level of the mobile Internet and their views and opinions on mobile Internet of urban junior middle school student. So as to obtain the real fresh material through the survey and the interview result. We can analyze seven features of mobile Internet on urban junior middle school students, such as universality, entertainment, low consumption, confidentiality, comparison, the unrestraint. On this basis, we summed up two aspects that influenced urban junior middle school students, positive effect expanded seeking knowledge, broadening the channel of making friends and widening the students'field of vision, but also the mobile Internet had a negative effect on urban junior middle school students'learning, examination, physical and mental health, consumption economy, and human communication and so on. We further analyzed three reasons which have led to a series of negative effects, namely: the versatility of mobile Internet, lacked of maturity of urban junior middle school students and lacked monitoring system.Compared with the rural, urban junior middle school students are the main high-tech followers who are affected easily by the western culture and values. Compared with urban high school students and college students, the former's core values are in the process of formation and their plasticity are stronger while the ideology are relatively weak. Therefore, the ideological and political education of urban junior middle school students is especially important. On this foundation this article analysed that mobile Internet brought new challenges for urban junior middle school students'ideological and political education. It has not only changed the lifestyle and ideology of urban junior middle school students'unconsciously, and increased the difficulty in ideological and political work, but also increased the ideological and political education in depth, eroded the ideological and political education in line of defense, and expanded the breadth of the ideological and political education. In view of these questions, the author proposed a countermeasure which was to consummate ideological and political education system and to establish order good order in network environment as well as specific strategy. Ideological and political education worker must innovate methods, the guardians and the school must work along both lines. Communist Youth League should assist to establish the organization which initiated green mobile Internet environment, enhance operator awareness of the moral and legal, the supervisory department must strengthen the mobile Internet monitoring and management dynamics, government should concern protective measures from abroad, establish internationalization organization to prevent the spread of the harmful information and so on.All in all, The mobile Internet is a double-edged sword, ideological and political education worker must try to identify and tackle problems early, take advantage and avoid the disadvantage and eliminate from the root to give a new idea to the ideological and political education.
