With the rapid development of computer technology, people realize that our society will be a lifelong study society in the future. School education is a cradle for training talents. Whether students can have the advantage to suit the competitive society depends on the knowledge, ability and quality gained at school.Self-regulated learning is a way of learning ,and it's also a kind of active participation .During the learning course under the leading of the strong motive and the help and instruction of the teachers ,and with the help of the knowledge and experience , they've already have ,the students take an active part in constructing new knowledge and make it their own .And they also gain effective and scientific learning method to improve their Self-regulated learning ability ,that's ability of the life-long learning.Influenced by the traditional education, especially education for entrance examination, learning method is just single and passive. This is unfavourable to forming the competence of independent study. Therefore ,the new round of the reform of courses attaches importance to the change of students' learning method and advocates self-regulated study.Self-regulated study is a kind of study supervise by original cognition. That is a course during which the learners are active in adjusting their study strategy and their effort degree according to their ability and task.The thesis base on raising the concept of self-regulated study, analyzes and expounds the aim significance of self-regulated studying and also poses the theoretical support about self-regulated studying. According to pedagogy and psychology principles and the request of self-regulated study .It raises the teaching pattern of self-regulated study.
