Self-regulated learning based on network refers to the capacity of controlling one' s learning through the computer as a supporting background ; of the efficient usage of various information resources from the Internet by constructing necessary learning platform ; of the learner' s understanding of the means and purposes of teaching , which result in the gradual determination on his own learning materials and targets ; of taking care of the learning process and techniques properly chosen and effectively conducting his time on study ; of being able to create actively the material and social surroundings profitable for learning ; of being aware of the result and putting a fair evaluation on it . Nowadays , the exploding knowledge makes it necessary to be educated permanently . In this society , it is especially important to train the learners to take the advantage of the web and regulate their learning . This research work aims at the exploration of a way with the aid of many research methods in education tactics useful for the learners' life-long study .The fundamental idea of this paper lies in : First , analyze the history and present of self-regulated learning and computer assisted instruction home and abroad . On this basis , set the surrounding of the learning with the support of computers . Therefore , clarify the means of obtaining such a capacity , its developing rules and functional goals . Then design an investigation paper to estimate students' learning capability , and to test the experimental effect through their changes on learning abilities , results and attitudes , etc . Meanwhile , a learning stage for teaching is also put forward to enable students to learn efficiently on both Intranent and Internet .Finally , summarize the whole effect of the experiment , point out the problems worthy of attention and decide the future further research work .Theoretically, to train the ability of self-regulated learning should influence the students' innermost motivation;enrich the tactics and strengthen supervision;plan suitable time and creat material and social surroundings goodfor studying. As for the means, students may achieve the capacity through systematic training, and manage it through practical usage. The way helping formregulated learning is to organize teaching centered on the subjects-students,while teachers directing the activities. When it comes to the process, the learners should be told the specific requirements and targets and be offered outlines for self-study; The procedure should be checked; There should bediscussions and explanatibns; And the summary should systemize the knowledge.After the experiment, analysis shows that self-reguated learning based on network helps improve students' learning ability. It involves in their grades in some extent; and it does something to get rid of the differentiation. However, what is worth attention is that on the learning category, it mainly suits for the lessons with intelligence as the first purpose. At the same time, the teacher' s role is no traditional, no let-it-he either. They ought to adjust to the new learning style and resettle themselves in time.
