To develop and bring up creative talents of good quality is a great move for the strategy?To develop our country with science and education". Research has shown that creative talents are the perfect combination of good intelligence and unique personality. The importance of personality on activity has drawn extensive attention. In this essay, creative personality is defined as the personality that all the highly creative people are of. The study can not find the primary school teachers' views on the problem, but also can provide reliable bases for relevant educational evaluation and teachers' training.The study adopted the method of survey study .A 7-point level appraisal questionnaire was compiled based on pre-survey. The study selected at random 300 primary school teachers as objects, and questionnaire survey was carried out with 246 affective questionnaires recovered. The results of descriptive statistics, factor analysis and analysis of variance of survey data are as follows:1. Primary school teachers consider the following as significant creative personality: self-confidence, adapting to new things fast, have a strong feeling of seeking for new things, accepting setback boldly, have strong curiosity, have a strong progressive sense, have good ability of adapting to environment, have active and optimistic attitude to the life, dare to think and act, be bold in taking risks, persistent and dauntless, persevere and so forth.2.Primary school teachers' view of creative personality can be summarized as the following 12 personality groups: persevere and self-controlling, independent and bold, opening, curiosity, friendly, responsibility, activity, adaptability, sensitivity, cooperativeness, creativeness and progressiveness.3.Age factor in primary school teachers' individual factors influences the view of creative personality remarkably. While the variables such as sex, education level, schools in which the teacher works, etc. have notable influence on view of important personality impacting creativity.In general, the surveyed primary school teachers' view on important personality impacting creativity1 is relatively close to psychological research people's view, but affected by traditional view of value. They emphasize on importance of personality factors that confirm to traditional view of value, however they do not pay much attention to influence of independence and initiative of individual on creativeness. They also think that cooperativeness is an important creative personality group. While they attach lessimportance to the significance of the personalities, such as independence, daring to act and humour.According to the results of survey above and referring to relative theories, at the end of this essay, some strategies and proposals are put forward, which are about enhancing the abilities of primary school teachers' creative personality:1. To renew educational idea and correct primary school teachers' view of creative personality.2. To make educational environment and build good atmosphere for developing creative personality.3. To strengthen practical self-reflection and improve primary school teachers' ability of creative teaching.
