Through the survey found in recent years that the physique decline in Chinese students is more and more serious. With the development of the sports students have diversified demand, this phenomenon is urgently needed to find and develop all the resources outside the school. I learned by reading the relevant literature, the family sports in domestic and abroad, is quite significant for both physical and mental the health effects of students. This article through the questionnaire survey, understand the main city of Kunming primary school students family sports, school sports development situation, analyzes the existing problems, combined with the actual proposed "family school" sports interactive cooperation, and provide reasonable suggestions for the interactive cooperation smoothly. At the same time, simulation Family sports and school sports combination mode, and the experimental intervention in the downtown area of Kunming city primary school, in order to understand whether the pattern of the development of the health of pupils can play a certain effect.The study of teaching program through the methods of literature and questionnaire of family sports and school sports interaction, family sports work,parent-child games is researched and designed in the ten primary school in Kunming city in five main urban areas, a total of 600 students and 600 parents issued questionnaires. At the same time, by using the method of experiment Chenggong District, the fourth grade primary school affiliated to Yunnan University of Nationalities from 40 students as experimental subjects, the experimental group of family sports and school sports interaction in class and after class, the control group received traditional teaching method. The experimental results show that the investigation and:(1) Sports important for the investigation of the total number of 57.39%, primary school students in Kunming City, and parents think important only 48.81%; domestic funds into the annual 500 yuan of the following families accounted for theinvestigation of the total number of 53.33%; parents and children usually exercise in more types of projects, among them ball accounted for the survey project of 50.34%,respectively.(2) After the experiment, the experimental group and the control group students’ physique comparison of scores, weight index of two groups and a minute skip P >0.05, sit ups, body anteflexion in sitting position and 50 meters P<0.05. the standard deviation is and extreme experiment show group of physical performance to is better than the control group results. Through in experimental group and control group students to experiment before and after physical performance comparison, the experimental group in addition to body mass index(P > 0.05), the rest of the index is p < 0.05, and results are improved; while the control group of students physique indexes before and after contrast are p > 0.05, that did not change significantly.(3) After the experiment, the experimental group and the control group students and parents psychomotor scores were compared. Two groups of indicators contrast results show that in addition to the student and his mother, conflict intensity P < 0.05,other index contrast results are all(P > 0.05). The standard deviation and the extreme value that group psychomotor scores to is better than the control group results.Through to the student experiments in the experimental group and the control group before and after the psychomotor performance comparison. All the indexes of the experiment group is p < 0.05 and results are improved. Control group students with mom and dad affinity results(P < 0.05), and the data is decreased obviously after the experiment. And Dad The conflict frequency of P<0.05, and the data showed an upward trend. Other sports psychological indicators before and after the contrast is P>0.05, that is, there is no significant change.Draw a conclusion from the above results:(1) Through the investigation of the cooperation of school sports and family sports ten primary schools in Kunming City, found the development mainly for primary school students in Kunming City sports consciousness to stronger than parents; Kunming City, family sports activities have been carried out, but there is no systematic family sports program, the parents and students of sports activities mainly in ball games dominated; at the same time, less fund input of family sports, aspect, itreflects the parents sports value degree(2) After a semester’s experiment, students in the experimental class and the contrast, in the speed, sensitive and the physical quality of the flexible(except for body mass index and skipping) have been significantly improved. At the same time also to stimulate the students love of sports, so that students in the sports learning interest, exercise attitude change. While the control group in terms of the indicators did not improve. Compared to the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, the physique also changed. In the experimental group body anteflexion in sitting position, 50 meters, is superior to the results in the control group.(3) In sport psychology in the experimental group in experimental group compared with control also has some changes. Such as the students in the experimental group in the sports learning interest in sports and learning attitude to was significantly higher than that of the control group. In mom and dad parent-child affinity on are more harmonious. With mum and dad’s less conflict frequency,intensity is lower. In the experimental group, the parents to the child’s affinity degree after the experiment is more obvious. Two groups before and after the experiment and comparison of the experimental group’s scores in after the experiment also significantly improved.
