In the context of the information age, junior high school students’ learning and life has been closely associated with the network, and they frequently browse the Internet information to access extracurricular knowledge, and they also often communicate with friends and classmates on the network. By this way, their learning style are undergoing big changes. No matter what kind of network behavior, information technology will inevitably be affected by personal values.This study is based on the concept of IT value. Junior high school students’ learning behavior for the IT value is defined, and a questionnaire for the topic was proposed.The study selected five secondary schools in Liaocheng City. They are Wenxuan School, Experimental High School, Watertown High School, Leehaiwu High School. 500 students answered the questionnaire, and 481 questionnaire are received, the recovery rate was 96.2%, of which 440 valid questionnaires, the valid rate was 91.48%.Questionnaire items involves students’ basic information, the values of the status quo of IT information, network information, such as learning behavior of three parts. In this study, SPSS19.0 statistical analysis tools for effective data recovery performed statistical analysis showed that:1. In the information browsing, junior high students surfing information, look for online learning resources, downloads favorite articles or want to hear their own songs.2. In the information released, most of the students use the network for several years already, they post photos or comments in the QQ space, see their interest microblogging.3. In the interpersonal context, junior high school students like to complete certain learning tasks in cooperation, and they like to make new friends through the network.This article includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, meaning, purpose, research methods and structures; The second chapter introduces the definitions for junior high school students, IT values, network behavior defined in detail; The third chapter introduces the research process, including the preparation of a specific scale finishing work with selected subjects of the investigation process; The fourth chapter analyzes the results, specifically including data analysis, recommendations and opinions; The last chapter analyzes and summarizes the research findings. Finally, the future directions of the study is discussed.
