With the in-depth development of the national fitness program, more and more people begin to pay close attention to their health, and actively participate in fitness activities, there are a large part of the teenagers will taekwondo as a physical exercise project. Taekwondo club as teenagers to participate in the main way of the sport, to improve the level, promote adolescent youth taekwondo interest and physical quality promotion and the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness plays an important role. Teaching quality is to attract students to join the club to participate in one of the key factors of the sport, sustained and healthy development of the taekwondo club is closely related to the teaching quality of the club itself. So the taekwondo club teaching present situation and the development, to promote the club’s sustainable and healthy development, meet the demand of students to master skills and improve physical fitness and form the habit of regular exercise has the positive significance. In this paper, choose to have a certain scale and representation, and have been registered in the Chinese taekwondo association successful study of nanjing six clubs, common problems of the teaching status quo analysis of nanjing club, at the same time to analyze the factors affecting the development of taekwondo club teaching, research and summarize, puts forward measures for development of taekwondo club teaching.This article on the research method mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, interview method, the study of the teaching status of nanjing taekwondo club.Based on a representative of the taekwondo club in nanjing six coaches and managers, all the students as the research object, from the coaches factors that affect the teaching, students, curriculum, location equipment factors investigation and research, the following conclusions:1. The coaches aspects:teachers younger age, sits in the following four more, old and new coaches on the cohesion is not; Different professional theoretical level of the coaches, taekwondo club management mechanism is not sound of coaches; Professor coaches generally fixed number of year is shorter.2. Student:most is given priority to with teenagers, children, the main motivation of learning include personal interests and enhance physical fitness. Physical quality is the main factor restricting students taekwondo skills upgrading. At the same time, students is generally believed that practicing taekwondo has help for its flexibility, agility, and with the help of the psychological aspects of self-confidence.3. The teaching aspects:professional skills trainers master degree of good and bad are intermingled, taekwondo lack of theoretical knowledge and teaching theory knowledge, in teaching, the teaching method of the single fixed and other problems. At the same time, the club’s courses mainly, quality of technical action learning, and the lack of the cultivation of the inner quality of the spirit of taekwondo. There is also the teaching content is relatively fixed, repetitive teaching, lack of system arrange, the phenomenon such as evaluation methods to students is relatively single.4. The venue facilities:the insufficiency of taekwondo venues, equipment facilities, the trainers and trainees to existing location equipment satisfaction is not high. And managers for the attention of space equipment is not high, is not conducive to the harmonious development of the teaching and learning, can’t meet the needs of the coaches teaching and students learn, practice, against the development of the club.
