With the development of the society and the economy, people’s material life has been very satisfied. Now, people have focused on the improvement of the spiritual life and how to raise children get optimal, Extra-class continuation is one of the important education consumption activity, it is no longer a "luxury" but become a kind of mass consumption. Due to uneven distribution of education resources in our country, the lack of the cause of the high quality education resources, with this kind of phenomenon extra-class continuation education has been booming development, extra-class continuation education development behind some realistic problems, it as a student of the second classroom, Its development, quality, run is attracting the social attention. Tutoring has become a mass consumption, and gradual marketization. Extra-class continuation education as a kind of product, it must follow the rules of the development of the market, need government regulation.Extra-class continuation education is outside of the students in the school classroom learning. Parents to let children get a better knowledge of skills, spend some money to let their children get extra education study. Here because extra education learning is not confined to children’s academic performance is bad, can’t keep up with school classroom learning process but also includes some parents to their children in learning to better grades than before.Through a lot of questionnaire survey and combining the actual situation, the current extra-class continuation education exists many problems. On the one hand is the wrong cognition extra-class continuation education and the status of normal education, which can’t distinguish primary and secondary. On the other hand is the quality of the practitioners in the extra-class continuation education there is a big problem. There is extra-class continuation education institutions in the teaching field safety hidden danger, etc. The causes of these problems is various, one is the uneven distribution of education resources in China, the second is our current education system is not yet perfect, three is the government related department to supervise and manage the extra-class continuation education, four is the rights of people met many unexpected difficulties.This paper mainly through the government, society, schools, parents, four aspects of the after-school tutoring carries on the summary analysis and combined with some problems of the education by investigating Changyi city elementary and middle school students and parents, teachers in the cram school of the specific problems in the process of concrete analysis on the basis of this puts forward the reasonable countermeasures, the development of education to provide direction to extra-class continuation. One is stepping up efforts in supervising the government, and the second is to strengthen the standardization of the society, the formation of scientific education market mechanism, three is to form a good school education evaluation system, the last is to improve the understanding of the parents, for children to create a good atmosphere of family education.
