The nongovernmental scholars ,such as Wu Cheng and Liu Yin. As the academies growing vigorously, the officialization of academies appears. And the neo-Confuciamsm is changing from nongovernmental ideology to official one. At last, under the motivation of Li Meng and Cheng Ju, the neo-Confucianism becomes official ideology in the ruling period of Yuan Renzon. The tortuous process makes the neo-Confucianism change itself to fit the ruling class. That is learning a kind of ideology and deal with concrete matters. The officialization of neo-Confucianism in Yuan Dynasty not only promote the culture exchange and development, but has some positive functions on stabilizing the political power. However ,it also has some negative factors on the development of learning.
