Confucian Scholars involved in politics did not begin with the Western Han Dynasty,it canpush to the Spring and Autumn Period.Confucius and his disciples have an official to doslaughter and review the conduct of public affairs.But it is undeniable that after the Western HanDynasty scholars are so massive and exclusive to participate in political life. At the same time, due to the loss of many ancientbooks in the Qin Dynasty and the Confucian doing better than other schools in finishing in thebooks and spreading, many ancient books of the Western Han Dynasty had been handed downare overtly or covertly reveal Confucianism. These ancient books had lofty status in the politicallife at this time and scholars’ proficient to books make them have an unparalleled advantage. Thedevelopment of Dynastic politics in China had been much mature to the Western HanDynasty.Scholars can participate in the government through a variety of the secularizationway.The Western Han government allowed the emergence of different voices in order tomaintain their rule. It is because of the existence of the above conditions, Confucian scholarsparticipating in politics becomed possible.In this period scholars participating in politics has a distinctive feature of which is determinedboth by the scholars of their own characteristics and by the impact of the social environment.Specifically, these features include the following four points: the scholars had a variety of waysto influence the political affairs, the relationship between the scholars and the imperial was thatdependence and confrontation coexist, the separatist tendency of scholars within groups weremore and more obvious, the popular social thought of scholars participating in politics,. Thesefeatures reflects all the links and contradictions of state and scholars, scholars and imperialpower, scholars internal, and Confucian scholars and society. In this period, scholars who werein these relationships showed the ideological tendency and acting style which are different fromother periods. Scholars involved in politics, in fact is the interaction of scholars and political. The results istransforming scholars and affecting the development of the political process. The impact ofscholars involved in the politicaland includes the following three aspects: the scholars, theWestern Han dynasty and later.
