Qi Yang Xin Tang Clinical Treatment Of Coronary Artery Disease And Heart Failure

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects and the security of Yiqiyangxin Tang to angina heart failure caused by coronary heart disease (qi deficiency-blood stasis type),and explore the therapeutic mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Material and method:The eligible of the patient will be randomly divided into treatment groups and the control groups , 32 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The control group was given conventional medicine treamenting,the treatment group was given Yiqiyangxin Tang on the basis of the control group, the treatment duration was two weeks.Results:1.Two groups of cardiac function before and after treatment effects compared: The treatment group:total effective rate 87.5%;The compared group:total effective rate 63.33%.(P<0.05).2. Two groups of Heart failure treatment effect before and after treatment effects compared: The treatment group:total effective rate 84.38%;The compared group:total effective rate 80.00%.(P<0.05).3.Two groups of TCM symptoms before and after treatment effects compared:The treatment group:total effective rate 90.63%;The compared group:total effective rate 73.33%.(P<0.05).4. Echocardiography before and after treatment both groups left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS) were significantly improved, After treatment than before treatment significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05), The treatment group than in the control group increased more significantly (P <0.05)5.Two groups of patients before and after ECG ST-T changes: The treatment group:total effective rate 71.86%;The compared group:total effective rate 66.67%.(P<0.05).6. Two groups of lipid before and after treatment compared: TC,TGand LDL-C of the two groups patients have trend of decline, and HDL-C has the trend of rise, but the result of statistics show that there was no obvious difference(P>0.05). 7.Safety index: After treatment, Blood, urine, fecal check, liver function (ALT), Kidney function (Cr, BUN), serum electrolyte test results before treatment compared with no abnormal changes.Conclusion:Yiqiyangxin Tang has the affirmative curative effect to the patients of Heart failure caused by coronary heart disease(qi deficiency-blood stasis type), Especially in the improvement of symptoms of chinese medicine and left ventricular function in effect obvious, and it has great good security.
