Total Hip Arthroplasty For Femoral Neck Fracture Efficacy Analysis Of 26 Cases

Objective: To observe the total hip replacement therapy of the femoral neck fractures.Methods:a retrospective analysis of 2009-1/2009-12 liaoning JinZhouShi central hospital of the two bone were femoral neck fracture patients (50 cases,including 21 male patients,women were 29 cases,All of the patients for fresh fractures. Fresh fractures,â…¢type according to classification by garden,â…£27 cases of 23 cases.All 26 patients using artificial total hip replacement prosthesis. 24 sufferers adopt various bone neck fixed inside bone fracture.Through the records from the hospital patients,preoperative preparation,anesthesia operation mode selection, and displacement of time,replacement process after displacement,number, Harris score and complications surround replacement period.Results:50 patients were replacement,60-90 time,replacement process bleeding min 200 -500 mL,average bed 9.4 d.50 cases have been,follow-up time 1-9 months. All patients without infection,deep vein thrombosis, severe complication such as early dislocation,no prosthesis loose,sink, dislocation. Preoperative Harris hip score (from 1969):average 49.69 points after scoring average Harris,86.63 points preoperatively,has obviously improved.Conclusion: the total hip replacement therapy femoral neck fractures effectively restore joint function,alleviate hip pain,but strict indication and comprehensive evaluation and preparation before replacement.
