The expression of substance P in LSBE compared with that of SSBE: reduced significantly (P<0.05); the expression of VIP increased significantly (P<0.05); the rate of intestinal metaplasia in LSBE was higher than that in SSBE(P<0.05); 3.The expression of substance P and VIP in different shape BE had not differences (P>0.05); 4. The expression of substance P in gastric metaplasia(+) BE was higher than that in intestinal metaplasia(+) BE, the expression of VIP lower than that in intestinal metaplasia(+) BE, there were both significant differences (P<0.05); 5.The expression of substance P in bile reflux BE was lower than that in non bile reflux BE (P< 0.05), the expression of VIP lower than that in non bile reflux BE (P<0.05); 6.The positive rate of HP in BE was lower than the control(P<0.05),that between intestinal metaplasia BE and gastric metaplasia BE had not different (P>0.05) 7.The rate of intestinal metaplasia in bile acid BE was higher than that in non bile reflux BE, there was significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion 1. The dyssecretosis of substance P and VIP exist in Barrett's esophagus, and it had influence on LESP; 2.Function of LESP in LSBE has more serious disorder than SSBE; that in intestinal metaplasia(+) BE more serious than in gastric metaplasia(+) BE;3.The bile acid reflux had role in intestinal metaplasia of BE. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Barrett's esophagus, bile reflux, substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
