Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a reproductive dysfunction and abnormal glucose metabolism coexist endocrine disorder syndrome.Persistent anovulation, androgen excess and insulin resistance are important characteristics ,oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea, infertility, hirsutism, obesity, acanthosis nigricans is a common clinical manifestations. Although there are no specific TCM records of this disease, but in the basis of clinical symptoms, it belongs to the post-menstruation, amenorrhea, infertility and other fields.Mentor Professor Chen Ying has worked in Chinese medicine gynecology clinic, scientific research more than twenty years and has extensive clinical experience and higher medical attainments.I studied with deep experience while studying, now I will elaborate the experience of instructors how she treated the PCOS,through cause, permit type, governing law, medicine, etc, which reflects her understanding of the essence of this disease. Instructors believe that the fundation of the disease can happen is the deficiency of spleen and kidney , and phlegm, qi stagnation, blood stasis are pathogenic factors.It is called that deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. The first of clinical treatment is invigorating spleen and kidney,then part-to-line gas, blood circulation,dehumidify.Also puting great importance to the disease that the virtual is the key ,the overall consistency between the internal organs is the prerequisite.The combination of treatment with kidney,spleen,liver is important. Treatment must seek its present.The chosen of medicine must mild in order to protect the function of the organs .In addition to drug treatment, mentors also attached great importance to health and psychological treatment, with the concerted application of drugs, the clinical results are obvious.
