| Purpose:The study has researched the Lophatherum gracile Brongn in the quality and Pharmacodynamic research.Material and method:the extraction of flavonoids from Lophatherum gracile Brongn was studied,with ethanol as solvent,sodiunl nitrite,aluminium nitrate and sodium hydroxide as indicator,rutin as control sample.The optimum technology of extracting flavonoids in Lophatherum gracile Brongn was studied by orthogonal test.Determinate the vanillic acid, trans-p-coumaric acid and vitexinin in Lophatherum gracile Brongn by HPLC at the same time. To establish the fingerprint spectrum of Lophatherum gracile Brongn by HPLC.Results:1. The optimum technology is as follows: the methanol concentration is 70%,the ratio of mass of material to the volume of solvent(solid-liquid ratio)is l:40,refluxing time is 2 h and refluxing temperature is 80℃,once. Flavonoids were extracted efficiently from Lophatherum gracile Brongn coming from different place of china and the highest extraction yield of the flavonoids from Hu-nan could reach 25.94㎎·g-1.2. The samples were separated by C18 column with methanol-3% acetic acid as the mobile phase with gradient elution .Switching the Wavelength is used to detect.
