Qingdao City Schools, Kindergarten Teachers Voice Investigation And Analysis

Objective:To investigate the current situation of teachers'voice malaise morbility in Qingdao, and get the messages about the health status of their phonatory apparatus, then to direct the clinical prevention and cure for teachers'voice diseases preferably.Method:We elected the teachers from some high schools,junior high schools and primary schools and Kindergarten in Qingdao randomly, combined questionnaire with had an interview. Let them fill in questionnaire, then statistics all items, to summarize the current situation of teachers'voice malaise and to study the causative factors.Result:There are 61.39% teachers on the job got voice malaise; among the total, the teachers in primary schools and Kindergarten had a higher diseases rate; The female teachers had a higher voice malaise incidence rate than male teachers. Voice diseases due to a lot of subjective and objective factors. Most of the teachers on the job haven't accepted the training of voice health care and knew little about voice health protection.Conclusion:The teachers had a higher voice malaise incidence rate in Qingdao among the total, the teachers in primary schools and Kindergarte had a notable voice diseases rate. It has an important meaning that to investigate the current situation of teachers' voice malaise morbility in Qingdao for getting the messages about the health status of their phonatory apparatus or the diseases inducement, and directing teachers to use their voice perspectively and to lengthen their occupation career.
