Medical education has a very close relationship with two of the people's most important and straightest bread-and-butter issues e.g. accepting good education and medical services. In the process of medical education, clinical teaching plays a decisive role, while the teaching body is the major force that drives its development. The key point of enhancing the clinical teaching quality is the construction of a high level, high quality, and high ability teaching faculty. As the higher education medical colleges are expanding the enrollment scale, the lack of clinical education resources, especially the lack of qualified teaching staffs is now becoming the bottleneck of restricting the school's development. According to this, giving full play to the initiatives of teachers from the affiliated hospitals, raising their teaching skills could effectively relieve the teaching stresses of medical colleges, and guarantee the teaching qualities.The research is so designed to analyze the problems and its causes of clinical teachers'management and cultivation from the angles of management and pedagogy principles, and put forward the countermeasures. That includes four parts as follows:Part 1:Decide the object and content of the research.Part 2:Elaborating on the social development of the requirements of the clinical teacher, clinical teaching demands for the quality of teachers and clinical teachers structure.Part 3:With×××medical college Clinical status of teachers, for example, analysis of the current teaching staff in the clinical problems and causes.Part 4:Countermeasures and suggestions to the clinical teachers'cultivation and management in medical colleges.
