Medical education has a very close relationship with two of the people's most important and straightest bread-and-butter issues e.g. accepting good education and medical services. In the process of medical education, clinical teaching plays a decisive role, while the teaching body is the major force that drives its development. The key point of enhancing the clinical teaching quality is the construction of a high level, high quality, and high ability teaching faculty. As the higher education medical colleges are expanding the enrollment scale, the lack of clinical education resources, especially the lack of qualified teaching staffs is now becoming the bottleneck of restricting the school's development.
