The essay includes literature outline, clinical research, mechanism canvass.Literature outline:Were from Western medicine, Chinese medicine in children with anorexia both the cause, pathogenesis, treatment and nursing, etc. discussed, a simple analysis of the disease status.Clinical study:Objective:To observe the Yue spleen appetizer mixture clinical treatment of children with Anorexia, which of Spleen Deficiency with Food Damage, and the mechanism of the Yue spleen appetizer mixture in Anorexia in children.to explore validity and further clinical research to provide the necessary information.Method:65 cases of infantile Anorexia Spleen Deficiency with Food Damage were randomly divided into treatment group (Yue spleen appetizer mixture group) and control group (children with stomach pill+Kai Po spleen oral group), drug 1 week to a course of treatment, Observation 2 courses. Children before and after treatment by recording the clinical symptoms score, and then compare the two groups and the total efficiency improvement of symptoms before and after treatmentResults:13 cases were cured,15 cases were effective in 5 cases,1 patient, the total effective rate 83.94%; control group,5 patients recovered,11 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,7 cases, total effective rate 64.63%. There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Yue spleen appetizer mixture for improving the efficacy of clinical symptoms of infantile Anorexia were significantly; and deposited in the treatment of infantile Anorexia spleen folder the total effect, the appetizing mixture of spleen than children Yuet Po Wan and Kai spleen stomach oral.
