1 ObjectiveIn this study, we based on literature research to discussing the tongue and symptom between uteru fibroids people and non-uteru fibroids people, and using control study methods to find the differences of them. Uterine fibroids for the tongue to provide an objective basis for the treatment of uterine fibroids did not provide clues to disease and health management.2 MethodsThe clinical research plan was designed the principles of clinical epidemiology, using control study, with the checkup people as object. And took photos of tongue, then analyzed the photos and got the chromatic values and parameter information. With " TCM constitution" to determine checkup people's constitution. Under the standard light source of two color correction methods are compared in theoretical study. Fist, we established digital camera's ICC Profile with ColorChecker24. Second, we use of the Casmatch color correction method to correction of the tongue picture. By calculating the total color difference, brightness difference, saturation difference method to evaluate the effect of color correction. The result showed that the ICC color correction method is better than the Casmatch correction method.3.3 Clinical research3.3.1 The tongue characteristic by macroscopic observationIn the uterine fibroids group, tounge color,fur colorfur,thickness were no-different compared with non-uteru fibroids, bur the occurrence of abnormal lingual contour are lower than non-uterine group. (p<0.05).3.3.2 Tongue picture's color distribution in L*a*b*and LCH space3.3.2.1 In L*a*b*and LCH space, uterine fibroids group tongue with tongue side b values and H values are higher than those of non-uterine fibroids group, there were significant differences (p<0.0.1).3.3.2.2 In L*a*b*and LCH space, pale tongue uterine fibroids group H values higher than the tongue side of the non-uterine fibroids group, there were significant differences (p<0.0.5). pink tongue uterine fibroids group H values higher than the tongue side of the non-uterine fibroids group, there were significant differences.3.3.2.3 the value of C and a were higher than normal tongue in teeth-marked tongue and cracks tongue (p<0.01).3.3.3 The tongue and the relationship between constitutionQi deficiency constitution group and gentleness constitution group compared, Qi deficiency constitution group of pink tongue deficiency appears higher than that in gentleness constitution group, red tongue were less than gentleness constitution group (p<0.05).3.3.4 The analysis of the nine constitution's tongue pictureIn L*a*b*and LCH space, Qi deficiency constitution group and gentleness constitution group compared, tongue apical a values and C values are higher than gentleness constitution group.3.3.5 Tongue color and the relationship between blood indicatorsVarious types of uterine fibroids tongue color red (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT) values were significant compared (p<0.001), showed the highest value of red tongue, pale tongue numerical minimum.
