The Arctium Quality Evaluation Studies

Purpose:Normalize quality standard of Fructus Arctii.Material and method:Material:Crude and processing Fructus Arctii,arctii and arctigenin control article(perchased from National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products),MeOH used in color spectrum and MeOH used in analyze (Kemiou Chemical agent limited company of Tianjin),DAB-6(Beijing Beihua Fine Chemicals Co.),95%EtOH(China North Regin Special Chemical Reagent Development Center),Acet(Shenyang Chemical Reagent Factory),aq bidest,0.025%phospho-water,AcOH. Method:HPLC method,microwave digestion method.Results:1.The result is Fructus Arctii of Meihekouqiufeng habitat is the best one in 34 different habitats of crude Fructus Arctii.2.Do correlation analysis between ecological factors of Fructus Arctii.3.Fructus Arctii of Tianjin(made by China traditional medicine college of Liaoning province) is the best one in 30 different habitats of commerical Fructus Arctii.4.The range of index similarity of this study established HPLC finger print of commerical Fructus Arctii was between 0.90～1.00.5.Process has influnced the HPLC icon of Fructus Arctii:There has been created two more chromatographic peaks,except that the relative peak area of six peaks has grown after process.6.The results indicated that the villus,pericarp,involucre,bud of Fructus Arctii possesses much more arctiin and arctigenin than other part.Bud has much more arctigenin.Conclusion:1.Grading-up artwork of Fructus Arctii extraction:Use Acet to extract andthen use 70%EtOH extract by the hypersound.2.The HPLC method and the HPLC finger print method Established in this study is simple, accurate and sensitive.They both can be used for quality control of Fructus Arctii.3.There have dependablity between ecological factors of Fructus Arctii.4.The objective of processing Fructus Arctii perhaps to anesis drug property by induce some composition which belong the cold medical school.Accordingly,pharmacologic action of Fructus Arctii can be educe efficiently. 5.The writer of this article suggest that we should utilization the villus,pericarp,involucre, bud of Fructus Arctii.6.The big Fructus Arctii content more of arctii and less of arctigenin than the smaller one (they are from the same place).As the bud of Fructus Arctii growing,the content of arctii genaraly depress and the content of arctigenin step up obviously.As the growing of Fructus Arctii,the content of arctii in foliage depress and the content of arctigenin in foliage grow.
