Stroke , as a threat against the health and life of human, makes the patient suffer, and brings a great of burden to the families and society. Taking medication costs a long times, and the effect is not satisfying. In recent years, physical treatment begins to be a major research for stroke.Based on the principle of conditioned central neurogenic neuroprotection to the cerebellar fastigial nucleus, the instrument for stroke treatment was designed. The instrument has the following characteristics: 1) The stimulation signal is synthesized with nonpolarity intermediate exponential signal and low frequency signal, which effect as stimulation frequency and stimulation rhythm respectively. 2) The design of the logic functions is realized using complex programmable logic device. 3) The design of the EEG detection circuit uses self-EEG of the patients as the stimulation rhythm, which will make the stimulating signal more adaptive. 4) The control and display system are completed with single-chip system and liquid crystal display, which can control the therapy and display the parameters.The instrument developed in this paper, which is non-invasive, safe and low cost, can not only apply to stroke treatment, but also is potential in improving children's cerebellar paralysis in clinic.
