1 Objective:The key point of this paper is to investigate the effect of'Compound extract of Chinese medicine"and exercise training on serum free radical metabolism,the system of antioxidant capacity.the author hopes that we can know the metabolism of oxidative free radical at different sports appearance and the protect funtion of antioxidants,and expects that this article could provide a more theoretical basis for development one antioxidant that is safe,valid but not poisonous and can prevent or delay fatigue producing,for increasing the ability of physical performance,and for nationwide fitness and sports training.2 Method:140 wistar mice were randomly divided into four groups:S(control group),T(training control group),E("compound antioxidants" supplementation),F(training "compound antioxidants" supplementation),each group was feed with normal animal food.After a week of feeding,the training group and training with Compound extract of Chinese medicine supplementation group were both trained for 8 weeks.Compound extract of Chinese medicine supplementation group and training with Compound extract of Chinese medicine supplementation group was given" Compound extract of Chinese medicine "eight weeks.Together with pure water by a certain ratio,the"Compound extract of Chinese medicine"beverage is made from Ginsenosides,Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,Ganoderma lucidurn polysaccharides,astragalus polysaccharide.and various Chinese herbal medicines that have antioxidant effect.After9 weeks,the four groups were randomly divided into five sub-groups(the rest state,the immediate ends of the fixed load,the immediate ends of exhaustive exereise and 12,24 hour ends of exhaustiveexereise),the content and activity of MDA,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX,T-AOC of cardialmusele of mice were measured. All of the data have been processed by SPSS 10.0 software package with T-check for the comparison between groups and p<0.05 is taken as the standard for markedness.3 Results:3.1 In rest state,MDA content in serum,E and F groupwas significantly lower than the S group(P<0.01),T group was significantly lower than(P<0.05).SOD,GSH—PX and T—AOC activity,E and F group was significantly higher than the S(P<0.01),T group was significantly higher than S group(P<0.05).CAT activity,F group was significantly higher than the S(P<0.01),E is higher than S group(P<0.05),T and S groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Five kinds of activity of antioxidant enzymes were significantly higher than F are T and S groups(P<0.05~P<0.01).3.2 At the immediate ends of the fixed load,The content of each group serum MDA were higher than pre-exercise,E and F group was significantly lower than the S(P<0.01),T group was significantly lower than the S group(P<0.05).SOD activity,F group and T group than in the previous exercise did not change,E group and S group than in the previous exercise increased significantly(P<0.05),and E group,F group was significantly higher than the S group (P<0.01),T group and S group differences.GSH-PX activity were higher than before the exercise but no significant difference,E and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),T group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.05).CAT and T—AOC activity have declined over the previous exercise but no significant difference.E and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),T higher than the S group(P<0.05).5 kinds of training activities of antioxidative enzymes were significantly higher than medication group training group and medication group(P<0.05~P<0.01).3.3 At the immediate ends of exhaustive exereise,MDA content in serum,E and F group was significantly lower than the S group(P<0.01),T was significantly lower than S(P<0.05). SOD,GSH—PX and T—AOC activity,E and F group was significantly higher than the S group (P<0.01),T was significantly higher than S(P<0.05).CAT activity,F group was significantly higher than the S(P<0.01),E is higher than S group(P<0.05),T and S groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Five kinds of activity of antioxidant enzymes were significantly higher than F and T group and S groups(P<0.05~P<0.01).3.4 At the 12 hours ends of exhaustive exereise,The MDA content in each group in serum were lower than the immediate ends of exhaustive exereise,E group,T group and F group was significantly lower than the S group(P<0.01).Each group SOD,T—AOC and CAT activity were higher than the exhaustive instantly,E group,T and F Group T—AOC and SOD activity was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01).CAT activity,E and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01).T group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.05).GSH—PX activity has declined more exhaustive instantly,T group and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),T group and S group had no significant difference(P>0.05).3.5 At the 24 hours ends of exhaustive exereise,MDA content in serum,E and F group to restore the level of quiet,S group was still higher than the level of quiet time(P<0.05),E and F group was significantly lower than the S group(P<0.01),T group significantly lower than the S group(P<0.05).SOD,T—AOC,CAT activity levels have been restored to quiet,F Group SOD activity was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),E group and the T group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.05).T—AOC activity,E group,T group and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01).GSH—PX activity in addition to S,the basic return to quiet levels,S team is still higher than the quiet level(P<0.05);E and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),T group was higher than S group(P<0.05). CAT activity,E and F group was significantly higher than the S group(P<0.01),E and F groups had no significant difference.4 conclusions:4.1 Compound extract of Chinese medicine can reduce the MDA content of serum at different functional status,inhibit lipid peroxidation,and effectively reducing free radical damage to the body.4.2 Compound extract of Chinese medicine could raise the SOD,CAT,GSH—PX,T—AOCactivity at different functional status.Enhance the anti-oxidized ability of organisms.4.3 Small intensity of the long-term exercise training can reduce the MDA content in serum, inhibit lipid peroxidation and improve serum SOD,CAT,GSH—PX,T—AOC activity and enhance the ability of antioxidation.4.4 Compound extract of Chinese medicine Collaborative exercise training for improving the activity of various antioxidant enzymes,is more obvious than the simple sports group and simply training group...
