Objective:In aid of the clinical experiment,to objectively evaluate the clinical effectiveness of QiFuLingGuiTang on treating chronic nephritis,and to provide foundation for clinical application.Methods:We choose eligible cases according to the criterion of inclusion /exclusion,and distribute them into experiment group and contrast group according to randomization.There are 30 cases in each group.The data of the two group on age,sex,the state and the course of the disease can all match.The experiment group take the QiFuLingGuiTang,the contrast group take the ShenYanSiWei pill.Observe the two group eight consecutive weeks.Result:Learn analysis enunciation through the sorting to the clinical data and covariance:the total efficient of experiment group is 86.67%,and the contrast group is 66.67%.Compare with the contrast group,the curative effect of experiment group is better;In the aspects of improving traditional Chinese medicine,the total efficient of experiment group is 90%,which is superior,and the contrast group is 70%.On reducing urinary protein content,BUN,Ccr,the experiment group is better than the contrast group.Conclusion:The QiFuLingGuiTang is effective in clinical,have no obviously poisonous side effect and bad reaction,have the value of thorough development.
