| Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncturing the Five Shu-Transference Points of Hand-Yangming Meridan on treating shoulder-hand syndrom poststroke.Method:72 cases of poststroke shoulder-hand syndrom were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.36 cases of treatment group were given electroacupuncture and rehabilitation.36 cases of control group were given rehabilitation.By simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function and the diagram of functional pain,to observe the scores of the two groups on recovery of upper limb movement and pain.To observe the effect of the treatment scheme.Result:1 After two courses of treatment, both groups strikingly improve the scores on Fugl-Meyer movement function.Striking differences exist within the groups,P<0.01.No clear differences exist between the comparison of the two groups preceding the treatment,P>0.05.While striking differences occur after the treatment,P<0.01,which indicates that the treatment group is superior to the contrast group on treatment of Fugl-Meyer movement function.2 After the treatment, both groups clearly reduce the scores on functional pain.Striking differences occur within the compairson of the groups,P<0.01.There are no striking differences within the groups before the treatment,P>0.05.While striking differences occur after the treatmem,P<0.01.Indicating that the treatment group is superior to the contrast group on treatment pain.3 The treatment group proves to be quite effective on treatment of shoulder-hand syndrom with total effective rate 100%and 88.9%with the contrast group.Striking differences occur within the two groups after the treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing the Five Shu-Transference Points of Hand-Yangming Meridan on treating shoulder-hand syndrom poststroke is effective, easy to operate and fit in clinic. |
