Two monthes later,there is correlation between kidney and wind,stasis of blood, water stop,shi,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency respectively(p＜0.05).In 3 monthes dialysis,the correlation exists between shen and stasis of blood,shi,qi deficiency,yinxu respectively(p＜0.05).3 At various stages,the comparison of frequency among syndrome elements shows: pre-dialysis,the syndrome element kidney(100%),speen(89.8%),liver(89.8%), showed no statistical significance(p＞0.05);Qi deficiency(100%),Yin deficiency (93.88%),Yang(91.84%),showed no statistical significance(p＞0.05) with each other; the sequence of syndrome element is wind(97.96%),wet(77.55%),stasis of blood (77.55%),water stop(69.39%),fever(22.45%).Wind frequency is higher than the percentage of blood stasis,wet,water stops,heat.Blood stasis above the hot,wet than hot,water stop high than hot,have statistical significance(p＜0.05).At the stage of dialysis a month,the percentage of the syndrome element shows: kidney(89.80%),spleen(71.43%),liver(48.98%).The percentage of kidney frequency is higher than the spleen,kidney higher than the liver and spleen than the liver, the comparation has statistical significance(p＜0.05);Qi-deficiency is 89.80%, followed by Yang-deficiency(78%),Yin-deficiency(71.43%),Qi-deficiency compared with the Yin deficiency have statistical significance(p＜0.05),Qi-deficiency is higher than the Yin deficiency.The sequence of solid syndrome element is the wind (61.22%),wet(51.02%),Blood(46.94%),water stop(42.86%),fever(2.04%),the wind is higher than the percentage of the frequency of hot,blood stasis higher than hot, water stop higher than hot,wet than hot,there is statistical significance(p＜0.05).In dialysis 2 month,the percentage of the syndrome element shows: kidney(79.59%),spleen(61.22%),liver(26.53%).The percentage of renal frequency is higher than the spleen,kidney higher than the liver and spleen than the liver, both the census and statistics study show significance(p＜0.05).The Qi-deficiency is 65.31 percent,Yin-deficiency is 40.82 percent,Yang- deficiency is 61.22%. Qi-deficiency frequency is higher than the percentage of Yin-deficiency, Yang-deficiency above,have statistical significance(p＜0.05).In solid syndrome of elements,the wind is 51.02%,32.65%for blood stasis,wet for 34.69%,0.00%for the hot,water stop for 20.51%.Wind frequency is higher than the percentage of heat, blood stasis than hot,water stops higher than the hot,wet than hot,there is statistical significance(p＜0.05);water stops higher than the wet,have statistical significance(p＜0.05)Dialysis in 3 monthes,kidney is 48.98%,34.69%of spleen,liver of 14.29%. Kidney frequency higher than the percentage of liver and spleen than the liver,have statistical significance(p＜0.05).Qi-deficiency frequency of 38.78%,28.57%for the deficiency,yang-deficiency for 20.41%.Higher than the Yang-deficiency,have statistical significance(p＜0.05).In solid syndrome of elements,the wind is 30.,51%, 14.29%for blood stasis,water stops for 2.56%,10.20%for the wet,hot for 0.00%. Wind frequency is higher than the percentage of water stopped,the wind above the hot,the wind is higher than the wet,hot blood stasis has statistically significant higher(p＜0.05). 4 At different stages the comparison of frequency of syndrome elements shows: pre-dialysis and dialysis a month,with the exception of kidney and Yang-difencency nihility statistical significance(p＞0.05),the other comparison are statistically significant(p＜0.05),at the satge of dialysis a month the frequency of each syndrome elements decreased respectively.Between 2 months and pre-dialysis,the comparation of the frequency of each syndrome of elements are statistically significant(p＜0.05).The comparation between 3 month and pre-dialysis shows the same outcome.The frequency of the each element decreased during 2 month and 3 month dialysis comparerd weith pre-dialysis.The comparison during 1 month dialysis and 2 month,shows the percentage of liver,water stop,Qi-deficiency,Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency statistical significance(p＜0.05),there is a decline in 2 month dialysis comparede the one in 1 month;in addition to hot,the percentage of other elements comparation are statistically significant(p＜0.05),decreased in 3 month than compared with 1 month. In dialysis in 2 month compared with 3 month,in addition to yin-deficiency,liver, hot,the other elements changes were statistically significant(p＜0.05),with the drop of percentage of elements.5 At various stages the relevance statistics of kindey in TCM and laboratory indicators:at pre-dialysis and dialysis in 3 month,there is no statistical significance in the research of relativity beween kidney and lab indicators(p＞0.05). At the stage of 1 month and 2 month,the relativity exists between kidney and Cr, Phos,with the statistical significance(p＜0.05).Conclusion:1 The study on the general situation prompted to investigate diet,age,glycemic control in diabetic nephropathy pathogenesis factors.Age of onset for men than women should be further studied.2 The research of relativity between syndrome elements shows that with the dialysis, the correlation of kindey and solid syndrom elements weakened,while with passive ones rose.At all stages,kidney and the existence of elements of wet is related to each other.3 The research of syndorme elements at various stages shows the characteristics of pathogenesis:at pre-dialysis,there is no significant difference with the rate percentage of syndrome elements.So is with Qi-deficiency,Yin-deficiency, Yang-deficiency.The rate percentage of wind is the highst,while the rate percentage of heat is the most secondary.Dialysis a month,the rate percentage of kidney is the highest,the rate percentage of Qi-difeciency is higher than Yin-difeciency,the rate percentage of hot is the lowest.Dialysis 2 month,the rate percentage of kidney is the highest,the rate percentage of Qi-difeciency is higher than Yin-difenciency,the rate percentage of water stop is higher than wet,the rate percentage of hot is still the lowest.Dialysis 3 month,the rate percentage of liver is the lowest,the rate percentage of Qi-deficiency is higher than Yang-deficiency, the rate percentage of wind is higher than water stop,hot,wet.The rate percentage of stasis of blood is higher than hot.4 The various stages of pathogenesis indicats that the situation turned better compared with pre-dialysis.Qi deficiency,yang deficiency,water stopped at various stages of dialysis continued to decline significantly.5 The research of relativity between syndrome key elements in TCM and western medicine detect indicators should be carried out in depth.
