0bjectives:To study the mechanism of TGF-β1 in postmenopausal Osteoporosis,to explore the herbs of invigorate the hypothalamus to regulate it,providing experiment base for prevention and cure the disease.Methods:Wistar female rats of experimental animal common were devided into five groups randomly,normal group,model blank group,herb complexed group,gushukang group and nilestriol group.The rats were executed after fceding 12 weeks with medicines.Suavival rats were executed in 24 hour after the last lavaged. Samples'uterus were weight;Samples were determined and analysed with E2,LH,FSH and BGP,which were determined by radioimmunosaay,and ALP was detected by IFCC;The left legs were determined by bone density machine. TGF-β1 was determined with immunohistochemistry SABC method in thyoid gland.Results:①Experimental animal's uterus index uterine estradiol group can significantly increase (P<0.05);herb complexed group group can cause bone mineral group index,estradiol group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).②Animal models's biochemical indicators:blank group,herb complexed group could significantly decrease BGP,ALP levels(P<0.05),E2 levels increase(P<0.05),LH levels,FSH hormone levels decrease.③Animals femoral and tibial bone density in vitro:comparison with the model blank,herb complexed group BMD significantly(P<0.05).④Thyroid TGF-β1 immunohistochemistry revealed:model blank expression of TGF-β1 in rat thyroid follicular perivascular can see a lot of brown positive product. Compared with the blank model, herb complexed group will thyroid side of the expression of TGF-β1(P<0.05).Conclusions:①The law of Bushenjianpi to correct the high turnover rate of ovarian postmenopausal osteoporosis and promote bone formation,to a certain degree of postmenopausal osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.②The law of Bushenjianpi on regulation by thyroid TGF-β1 may play a role in prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
