Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiexin capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and the influence on ICAM-1, CRP.Method:select2013February to2014February60cases of hospitalized stagnated heat treatment in line with the conditions of each node in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with30cases in each. Based on the treatment of primary disease, control group treated by routine western medicine, the treatment group treated by routine western medicine plus Xiexin capsule, treatment for4weeks. The two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of angina, ECQ TCM syndrome, decreasing of nitroglycerin stop rate, ICAM-1, CRP and blood lipid changes.Results:the two groups in age, gender, comorbidity, course general data such as no significant difference under the condition after4weeks of treatment, the treatment group improved angina symptoms. The total effective rate was94%,83%in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); the treatment group improved ECG the total effective rate was53%,47%in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); treatment group, the total efficiency of TCM syndromes was93%,73%in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); treatment group and decreasing of nitroglycerin stop rate was87%, control group67%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05); the two group can reduce the ICAM-1, CRP, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); the two groups can reduce blood fat, blood lipid effect was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiexin capsule is an effective drug for the treatment of stable angina pectoris stagnated heat type, can relieve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris patients, improve the TCM syndrome, decrease rate of nitroglycerin stop, lower the level of blood lipid of patients, reduce ICAM-1, CRP, reducing inflammation may be an important mechanism for its therapeutic effect. |
