Three-dimensional Main Ridge Of The Therapy With The Clinical Studies Of Acupuncture For Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To study the effect of Sanwei Zhengji therapy Plus acupuncture on Prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral discMethods:134 cases in the study are randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.67 cases in observation group is treated by Sanwei Zhengji therapy Plus acupuncture;67 cases in control group is only treated by Sanwei Zhengji therapy.Short-form of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) and lumbago scores standard were applied to evaluated the improvement of physical sign and symptom of Prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc.It is to evaluated its safety according to the rate of adverse event.Results:①The basal line data(gender,sex,course of disease, PRI-S,PRI-A,PRI-T,VAS,PPI,the location of Prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc,lumbago scores)in two groups are comparability at pretherapy(p＞0.05).②It is compare the curative effective between the two groups after treatment. The cured rate was significantly difference(p＜0.05);the total cured rate was no difference(p＞0.05);in pain(PRI-S,PRI-A,PRI-T,VAS,PPI) were difference;in lumbago scores(skelagia,insensible feeling,gait,feeling disorder,dyscinesia, limitation to daily activities,total lumbago scores) were significantly difference (p＜0.05);lumbodorsal pain,straight-leg raising test and the function of urination were no difference(p＞0.05).③Own control:in the observation group to compare the PRI-SS,PRI-A,PRI-T VAS,PPI,skelagia,insensible feeling,gait, straight-leg raising test,feeling disorder,dyscinesia,limitation to daily activities, total lumbago scores between prior treatment and post treatment were significantly difference(p＜0.05),but the function of urination were no difference(p＞0.05);in the control group to compare PRI-SS,PRI-T VAS,PPI, lumbago,straight-leg raising test,total lumbago scores between prior treatment and post treatment were significantly difference(p＜0.05),PRI-A, skelagia,insensible feeling,feeling disorder,dyscinesia and urination were no difference(p＞0.05).④safety evaluation:There was one case with light soft tissue injure at chest in each group,no other adverse event.Conclusion:The cured rate of Sanwei Zhengji therapy Plus acupuncture on Prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc is higher than only by Sanwei zhengji therapy.Sanwei Zhengji therapy Plus acupuncture on Prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc is better than only by Sanwei Zhengji therapy in improvement of scores of pain,skelagia,insensible feeling,gait,feeling disorder,dyscinesia,limitation to daily activities.
