Li Kemin Nasal Spray Treatment Of The Role Of Guinea Pig Animal Model Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objection:In order to find the new way of Chinese traditional medicine,which coμld observing the curative effect of LIKEMIN nasal spray,and probe into the part of mechanism by treating allergic rhinitis.To study the influence of LIKEMIN nasal spray on the symptoms,the blood serum IL-4 content,to the nose mucous membrane acidophilia granμlar cell and the nose mucous membrane pathology morphology influence.Methods:A model of allergic rhinitis in guinea pig was established by using TDI(toluence 2,4-diisocyanate) and olive-oil with the nasal antigen challenge by per nasal administration.We divided 70 guinea pig(male 34 female 36) into 6 groups by probabilistic,which there is 10-12 guinea pig in each group. The 6 groups are high,middle,low dosage of LIKEMIN nasal spray,Triamcinolone Acetonide,allergic rhinitis model and No Medication.After success of the model maling of allergic rhinitis,We gived the different medicine to the different grup,diobserving and comparing the difference of each group,in the part of which is the behavioral variability of guinea pig,to carry on the IL-4 examination,in the manufacture nose separates the mucous membrane pathological section,and the change of patho-morphology in the mucous membrane of nasal septum.Resμlts:After the experimental resμlt indicates the treatment:The allergic behavior study each treatment group and the model group,between the blank group the difference has statistics significance(P＜0.05).Between treatment group interior no discrepancy(P＞0.1);IL-4 examination:Each group of between differences have statistics significance;Pathology change:Overcomes the sensitive nose to spurt the medicinal preparation to be able to reduce in the guinea pig allergy rhinitis nose to separate the mucous membrane obviously the inflammatory infiltration degree,reduced acidophilia granμlar cell quantity and the blood capillary expansion degree, the promotion inflammatory damage nose mucous membrane shape repair.Conclusion:The Chinese native medicine preparation overcomes the sensitive nose to spurt the medicinal preparation to be able to reduce the allergy rhinitis guinea pig animal model allergy symptom,reduces the blood serum IL-4 content,can reduce in the guinea pig allergy rhinitis nose to separate the mucous membrane organization cell the response,the promotion inflammatory damage nose mucous membrane shape repair,the Germany compares the not obvious difference with Qu Annai.Had demonstrated the Chinese medicine is treating this sickness to have trμly the curative effect,is worth taking clinically,to conduct more thorough carefμl research.
