The Curative Effect Observation And Influence Study On Serum ECP Of KeMinQiDan Nasal Spray In Treating Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Syndrome Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:This topic regard Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao external treatment as cutting point to observe clinical efficacy of KeMinQiDan nasal spray in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of syndrome perennial allergic rhinitis, and evaluate its safety, learn the treatment of KeMinQiDan nasal spray to the disease and the effect on serum levels of ECP, preliminary study between serum ECP and the mechanism of Tonifying Qi and activating blood of KeMinQiDan nasal spray, enriching the connotation of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory that "the TCM External Treatment, which can also be the internal treatment", and accumulate some basis for this disease to study the Chinese medicine External Therapy.Methods:43 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type PAR, which meeting the inclusion criteria, were random divided into treatment group of 21 case and control group of 22 cases. The treatment group received KeMinQiDan nasal spray, morning and evening each 1 times,2 spray on each side; The control group received Mometasone furoate nasal spray (Nasonex) in the morning once,2 spray on each side;the treatment lasted three weeks. Regular follow-up during the treatment, observation, recording the integral changes of clinical symptoms, signs and secondary symptoms of two groups of patients and adverse reactions that may occur in process of taking, and using ELISA method to detect the content of serum ECP before and after treatment. Use SPSS19.0 to give its statistical processing and analysis of all data.Result:After statistics processing:1,7 days of treatment, the two groups in the total efficacy and improvement of each symptom of the main symptoms, signs, secondary symptoms, P were> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant;For 14 days, the two groups were different on rhinocnesmus (P< 0.05), but the two groups in the total efficacy and improvement of each symptom of the rest main symptoms, signs, secondary symptoms, P were> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; 21 days, two groups in the total curative effect, improving the nasal congestion, nasal itching, runny nose symptoms, reducing turbinate swelling, P were< 0.05, statistically significant difference, but two groups in the improvement of secondary symptoms, P were> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; 2, the two groups could both reduce serum ECP levels.3, There were no severe adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Kemin Qidan nasal spray with Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao efficacy, effective on PAR of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, can control the patients clinical symptoms, no adverse reaction, can reduce the levels of ECP in serum of patients, its therapeutic mechanism remains to be further in-depth study.
