The healthcare in China is not only one of the most important features which have relationship with every citizen life, but also be a main characteristics of socialism in our country. Even more seriously to say, whether it be effective or not could influence the stability of one country or government. With the development of China's reform and opening up, the reform of healthcare system is always the focus which be criticized frequently.Game theory is the study of the ways in which strategic interactions among rational two or more players produce outcomes with respect to the preferences (or utilities) of those players, none of which might have been intended by any of them. Among those players, each one has several optional methods, and knows the results induced by every method, but do not know exactly which way other players should choose. It's an objective analysis by each player choice based on its own profit against others. The ultimate goal is to earn the most profit and take the least risk at the same time.Because the healthcare reform in China, the game players were changed from initial two players (medical department and patient) to three players (medical department, patient and the insurance industry). It made the profit distribution and rearrangement more complex and difficult, but it also take the new method to solve the problem of increasing the medical fee in patient and decreasing the medicare payout loaded by government. So, which method should be taken is the key to solve such problem that could balance the profits of each player.In order to balance the profits distribution of medical department, patient and insurance industry, "Manage Care", as a healthcare system haven been undergone in foreign country for almost 40 years and a attempt reform in "413" and Suqian medicare system, has been proved to be a successful healthcare system. The main character of manage care includes the control by government, insurance industry entrance and more choices with patient.This study is focus on the feasibility of manage care system in China healthcare system. With strategy investigation and previous study analysis, it compared the characters and features of different health care system all over the world. And analyzed the profit distribution of medical department, patient and insurance industry in medical market. Also described the resource, development, effect and character of manage care. And the possibility of manage care being used in our medicare system was discussed as well.Since the foundation of People's Republic of China, the reform of medical care system continued. But till now, this system can not satisfy the want of people totally. In this article, manage care, as a probable method to solve this problem, has been discussed and analyzed on its feasibility and operationship. And its difficulties and complex are also been investigated as well.
