China's Healthcare System And Multi-game With Organizational Policy Analysis

The health care expenditure of China has seen an incessant increase, since the 1990s.At the same time, the quondam welfare system has been broken because of the market economy reform. The high health care expenditure become a huge burden on the middle-income and low-income classes, especially the farmers and townsmans who have not medicare. The health care expenditure makes them poor and even difficult to make ordinary live. So it's high time that we exert to solve this problem. Not only in it has been a hinderance of economy progress, but it put a passive influence on the individual health improvement.The thesis analysises the actuality of China medical system at the beginning, and regards there are several causes for the current problems. firstly,several units go in for their own profits, patients, doctors and governors can be motibitions or risistances to the medical system reform. The relations among them can be looked as gams paticipator. Many of the medical costs are wasted or improriated during the games. We apply game theory to observe several examples which are very familiar with us .Secondly ,the government has invested more in urbanside than in countryside, and more in big cities than in small cities. Government determines most investment direction, and investment chases profit in the market economy. As a result, the benefits of investment are unideal. Finall your controlment of gross health care expenditure is lagged behind the occidental countries. It's awkard for the government to face with these problems and have no way.The author considers those problems hinder the progess of medical system reform. This thesis put forward the problems and suggestions in the reform process.
