Women before and after the Menstruation or during the Menstruation cyclical recurring abdominal pain, or low back pain associated with lumbar acid, affecting work and life, called Dysmenorrhea Syndrome. Dysmenorrhea can be divided into primary and secondary categories described in this paper only Primary Dysmenorrhea. "Primary Dysmenorrhea," also known as "Functional Dysmenorrhea" means no organic pelvic lesions dysmenorrhea. Syndrome of the Chinese " Virgin Dysmenorrhea " areas, as Personal carelessness or six excesses impacted, and the emotional trauma, such as different causes lead to stasis of uterus blood or Uterine ischemia, caused pain.After investigations, our young women, the incidence rate of Primary Dysmenorrhea to 60 ~ 70%. This shows that Primary Dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in a high incidence and impact the study and their normal lives. The main TCM type is blood stasis,such as syndrome of congealing cold or qi stagnation syndrome. For both types of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, mainly through soothe liver and regulate qi or warm meridians to disperse cold to achieve the Blood Circulation, stop pain.In this paper, I mainly study of Primary Dysmenorrhea general investigation in recent years, and study of the benzene Phthalocyanine Angelica Soft Capsule Clinical.This paper expounded the concept of Primary Dysmenorrhea, etiology, pathogenesis, type syndromes, the method of treatment from the Chinese and Western medicine theory. To research the effectOf Angelica benzene Phthalocyanine Soft Capsule achieving blood circulation, stoping pain.The research help us to the clinical diagnosis, treatment and related scientific research.
