| Objective:The thesis is a trial easing pain in Acupuncture on schedule studying direction is upper,which will be aimed at the theory in clinical practice , mastering skills , and further deepen and enhance their understanding,identify problems and investigate and resolve problems and make necessary Clinical Observation Records.Methods:Literature Review,read the literature,includes extraction and research related to the content of the necessary integration,sum up,explore and extend to provide a reliable clinical study of the theoretical basis of this paper,this mainly involves the origins of Chinese medicine , Chinese medicine the overall characteristics of acupuncture,Acupuncture on schedule,lingguibafa,pain,low back pain and lumbar disc herniation;Clinical Observation,in most of the theories under the guidance of the diagnostic criteria for an open,standards and related evaluation of ways to collect clinical cases,according to the actual situation,divided into groups before treatment and after treatment group , the requirement of treatment , take Contrast the corresponding statistical methods related to its evaluation and assessment of its index of situation,the main thesis of Hope for the lingguibafa with Conventional Syndrome Point Selection Method of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation caused by the low back pain and the effect of pain evaluation.Results:Effective case of clinical observation reality 35 examples in total.Pain evaluation using T-test statistics , the pain score after treatment than before treatment pain score compared to a very significant drop(P<0.01).The curative effect appraises aspect,adopt a percentage to count,cures 20 examples,accounts for 57.14%;Take a turn for the better 12 examples,account for 34.29%;3 ineffective examples,account for 0.09%;Always have an effect to be 91.43%.Conclusion:Lingguibafa with conventional method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with low back pain caused by an extremely significant effect. |
