| AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a kind of infectious disease, which is infected by HIV (Human Immune-Deficiency Virus).This kind of disease destroy Human Bodies'immunologic system and encroach on T cells, which aggravate the destruction of immunological system, degrading the capability of anti-infection. Some patients were dead .The reasons are opportunistic infection and tumor. There is no such name that is called AIDS in the ancestor Chinese Medicine. However ,according to its clinical manifestation, AIDS should belong to the diseases as follows,"wen yi","xu lao","yin yang yi",etc. In recent years, the rich experiences on AIDS are accumulated during the process of Chinese Medicine treated this sick, the curative effect is remarkable, without obvious response, which demonstrate the superiority and broad prospect of the Chinese Medicine treatment getting sick superiority and broad, which is one of focus of the current Chinese Medicine in the field of AIDS.Under the instruction of Chinese Medicine theory, research on HIV/AIDS patients card has conducted, in order to discusses the patients'clinical epidemiology and syndrome of Chinese Medicine , recognize clearly the relations between symptom and disease, and to analyze the cause of disease pathogenesis, thus supplies treatment proof its cause of disease pathogenesis, for us further understood and the use controllable factor,is preventing and controlling AIDS. Provides the dialectical treatment basis thus instructs clinically, and become a Mirror on the way of HIV/AIDS treatment in China.The paper mainly includes two parts: the literature summary and clinical card period of study research.Literature summary:"Discuss the cognition and treatment of Chinese Medicine on HIV/AIDS"describes the etiological factors,etiopathogenesis,treatments,Chinese crude drug,healthy care,metal care,etc. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of HIV/AIDS treatments, provide the reference for the treatments.Clinical study research:Objective Discuss HIV/AIDS patients clinical epidemiology disease and common Chinese Medicine syndrome , provide evidence for clinical treatment.Method Sort the HIV/AIDS patients'informations and research on the frequencies of different kind of route of transmission and Chinese Medicine syndromes. TCM syndrome classification according to《HIV/AIDS diagnostic code and treatment principle》. Statistical data processing by using SPSS13. 0 software,finding-out of occurrence rates of different TCM syndromes,and carrying-out of etiological analysis.Result Commonly seen TCM symptoms of the patients with HIV/ AIDS infection as weakness,Itch of skin,anorexia, rash, short breath, headache, weight loss. The roost commonly tongue pattern were dark purple with echyniosis and coated tongue is light white. The frequency encountered pulse pattern are compound pulse. Mainly are angry pulse, thin pulse, deep pulse. Mainly clinical stage are: type of deficiency of both QI and blood ,type of Stagnation of QI due to depression of the liver ,type of phlegm-heat attacking internally ,retention of heat-toxicity in the body, phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, weakness of lung and kidney, deficiency qi and blood stasis, obstruction of toxin liver meridian wind-fire ,dampness and toxin obstruction in the body stagnation of qi and phlegm, blood stasis in the body .Conclusion The patients with HIV/ AIDS infection should take more insight into healthy energy, and also take care of spleen and stomach. |
