| Objective: To observe the effect of KangFuXin combined with Far-infrared ray in the treatment of diabetic foot and provide a new method to treat diabetic foot.Methods: Thirty patients with diabetic foot were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly. Fifteen patients with 18 ulcera were treated with KangFuXin and Far-infrared ray, the other fifteen patients with 19 ulcera were treated with KangFuXin only. All patients were treated once everyday and observed for tow course of treatment (two weeks). The standard of curative effect was defined as reduction of uncle area and relief of symptoms. The variation of ulcer area and clinical symptoms between two groups were compared according to the standard.Results: 1.Comparing the clinical curative effects of two groups, the effective rate of the group treated with KangFuXin and Far-infrared ray was 100%, the effective rate of the group treated with KangFuXin was 68.42%. The group treated with KangFuXin combined with Far-infrared ray was more effective than the group treated with KangFuXin only (P<0.05).2.The ulcer area of the two groups both decreased obviously. The area change of the group treated with KangFuXin and Far-infrared ray was more significant than that of the group treated with KangFuXin only (P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The both method were effective.2.KangFuXin combined with Far-infrared ray were effective in the treatment of diabetic foot. Furthermore, the therapy method was easy to master.3.The therapeutic effect of KangFuXin combined with Far-infrared ray in the treatment of diabetic foot was more significant than the effect of KangFuXin. |
