Eliminate The Accumulated Temperature By The Clinical Observation Of The Soup Treatment Of Children With Functional Abdominal Pain

OBJECTIVE: To explore effect of xiaojiwenjing decoction of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of children with functional abdominal pain.METHODS: Organic diseases were eliminated according to disease history , clinical act and physical or examination. 60 pediatrics with functional abdominal pain were randomly allocated to treatment group and controlled group .30 cases in treatment group were administered xiaojiwenjing decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,30 cases in controlled group were given Baohe pill of traditional Chinese medicine ( pill translate into decoction ) .The treatment period was four weeks ,the duration of following-up was one month in this clinical observation .RESULTS: The results showed that clinical cure was achieved in 15 patients, obvious effectiveness in 9 patients and effectiveness in 3 patients to treatment group , the other one was achieved in 7 patients, obvious effectiveness in 9 patients and effectiveness in 8 patients. The total effective rate 90.0% in treatment group and 76.67% in controlled group, there was significant difference in total effective rate between the groups .On effective rate , the treatment group was obviously higher than controlled one. On clinical symptoms and signs' disappeared or improved time and recurrence rate,the treatment group was better than controlled one (P<0.05) .CONCLUSION : xiaojiwenjing decoction with strongen promot digest remov stagn food,warming stomach and promoting circulation of qi and to relieve pain action, no increased toxicity response.The clinical curative was effect exact. It has good therapeutic effect to treat children functional abdominal pain with Chinese drugs of xiaojiwenjing decoction, furthermore,it provided a new approach to the treatment of functional abdominal pain .
