The Forefront Of The Sparse Capsule Treatment, Spleen And Kidney Qi And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Clinical Study Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective: To discuss clinic curative effect of using Qianlieshu 'Capsules on benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods: 60 cases with prostate hyperplasia were selected in this research, and finally selected 55 based on standards of diagnose,election,exclusion, in which 36 cases take orally Capsules while the others take nothing to make a comparison. The former takes 3 capsules at a time, and 3 times a day. While the latter takes Qianlieshule Grain 3 times a day, one bag at a time. The period of treatment is 4 weeks, the two groups were both cured one period. And make a comparison on clinic symptom, IPSS, BS, maximal rate of emiction, remains of emiction, volume of prostate, and etc.Results: 86.11% were cured by Qianlieshu Capsules, while 63.16% by Qianlieshule Grain. Large diversities were found by Ridit(P<0.05). Clinic symptom, IPSS, BS, maximal rate of emiction, remains of emiction, volume of prostate of the former has good cured.Conclusion: Qianlieshu Capsules is proved to have a good curative effect in curing prostate hyperplasia, and superior to Qianlieshule Grain.
