However, the exceedingly fast development of advanced nursing education, abrupt increasing of clinical nursing teachers, and 30-year's interruption of advanced nursing education have resulted in the fact that the basic quality of new clinical teachers cannot meet the needs of clinical nursing teaching. Meanwhile under the influence of mammonism and market economy, there appears some anomy of teacher's ethics, such as bad career identity, deflected sense of values, lack of love for patients and students, more attention to clinical nursing and less to its teaching. All these have a deep influence on the quality of clinical nursing teaching and cultivation of nursing students, exerting unfavorable influence on the self-development of clinical nursing teachers, nursing education, nursing students as well as the whole society and deserve superintendents'intense attention. The survey was carried out in four teaching hospitals of Tai'an. The author consulted a lot of bibliographies, and designed an investigational outline and a questionnaire using Delphi Technique, then surveyed 35 clinical nursing teachers and 500 nursing students practicing in four hospitals in order to probe the ethics situation of clinical nursing teachers and its existing problems. On the basis of these statistics, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of anomy of clinical teacher's ethics, its causes and its influence on society.
