| With the great development of science and technology and the enhancement ofpeople's living standard, more and more people have realized the importance offitness-exercise, for which, walking and running is popular, simple and highlyeffective. Qualitative analysis is emphasized before, but quantitative analysis is nearlynot involved. Based on statistical analysis of the experiment data, with the sex, theage, the height and the weight as the physiological parameter, a series of mathematicalmodels of energy expenditure has been established, which are based on step frequency. After examination, the precision is satisfying.Losing weight exercise is a significant aspect of fitness. In the foundation of themathematical models of the energy expenditure, how to achieve the best effect oflosing weight is considered. With some reasonable suppositions, we get a simpleoptimization model, and gain the best step frequency and the relative exercise time.Within the best exercise time, we calculate the quantity of fat expenditure, which is ofinevitable importance. Here different grey system theoretical models are used to fitthe experiment data; the error analysis demonstrates that the precision is high. |
