Electric Neurosis Rats Behavior And Dorsal Raphe Nucleus Neurons In The Ultrastructure Of Experimental Research

Aim: to observe if electro-acupuncture influence of the nucleus raphes dorsalis withultramicroscopic structure change then discuss the "acupuncture regulating mind" theory.Methods:in the experiment,50Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 5 groups: Control Group (Group A).Operation group (Group B). Operation with electro-acupuncture Group (Group C), Step throughtest Group (Group D) and Step through test with electro-acupuncture Group (Group E). Rats modelwas established by 2 methods: 1, the caudate nucleus was destracted in Group B and C. 2. Thestep through test method was use in Group D and E. The electro-acupuncture was used withgroup C and E at "Yin tang" and "Baihui" acupoints on the 15th day for 1 week. The theOpen-field Test was taken. The ultramicro scopic structure was displayed by electron microscope(EM). Results: It shows great statistic differences (p＜0.05) as a result of Open-field Test betweengroup A and group B, A and D, C and B. E and D. The ultramicro scopic structure chang: Group Aneurons: cells with abundant mitochondria, rough fat net morphologically is normal, ribosomalparticles scattered, nerve fibers clear and integrity; Group B neurons, the intracytoplasmicmitochondrial was swelling, ridges broken or disappeared, and rough-fat mild network expansion.ribosomal particles were falling, some nerve fibers myelin dissolved; group C neurons can beseen mildly impaired and intracytoplasmic rough endoplasmic reticulum mild expansion.Mitochondria. Golgi apparatus normal morphology. Neurofibromatosis myelin was clear. Neuronsof group D, we can see the rough intracytoplasmic fat mild network expansion, mitochondria andGorky were in normal morphology; neurons of group E. Golgi and Mitochondrial was developed.the nuclear was oval, NOR large and clear. Myelin levels of nerve fibers was clear and integrity.Conclusions: It is suggested that electro-acupuncture at Baihui,Yintang acupoints could affectneuron which might be the possible mechanism that acupuncture affect the level of 5-HT in CNS. Itis held that brain is the key Zang for depression and needling could regulate mind.
