Study the clinical-evaluation and cost-effectiveness analysis of antitumor plantalkaloids for advanced breast cancer and advanced ovarian cancer. Explore the infectionODDS relation of antitumor plant alkaloids and other anticancer drugs in GI cancerpatients with chemotherapy regiments. Study the evaluation of the restrainment of bonemarrow in the chemotherapy regimens in GI cancer patients.1. Explore the cost-effectiveness analysis and clinical-evaluation of three kinds ofplant alkaloids in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. The clinical effectiveness ofthe three groups is 54.54%,58.33%,43.48% fromⅠtoⅢgroup. The ratio of costeffectiveness in three groups is 384.65,398.55,447.86 fromⅠtoⅢgroup.2. Explore the cost-effectiveness analysis and clinical-evaluation of plant alkaloidsfor advanced ovarian cancer. The clinical effectiveness of the three groups is61.11%,66.67%,70.27% fromⅠtoⅢ. The ratio of cost effectiveness in three groups is362.71,358.48,347.75 fromⅠtoⅢ.3. Study the infection ODDS relation of antitumor plant alkaloids and otheranticancer drugs in GI cancer patients with chemotherapy regiments.The infection OR ofage and the infection OR of the days in hospital are increasing OR factors.The infectionOR of insurance is decreasing OR fantors. Antitumor antibiotics,antimetabolites,plantalkaloids are higher than platinum antitumor compounds,alkylating agents, otherantitumor drugs in infection OR. Antitumor antibiotics,antimetabolites,plant alkaloids areimportant factors in GI cancer patients with infections in hostpital with chemotherapyregiments.4. Study the evulation of the restrainment of bone marrow in the chemotherapyregimens in GI cancer patients. Each regression coefficient of platinum, antirnetabolizor,alkylation is 0.264,0.273,0.460(P<0.01). The restrainment bone marrow accedent percentis induced mainly by platinum, antimetabolizor, alkylation.5. Create a data soft of pharmacoepidemiology for antitumor drugs. Include peopleinformation,tumor basic information,using drug information and ADR information ofmedicine. The completed soft is specially prevailed in pharmacoepidemiology ofantitumor drugs.
