Objective:We analyzed the influencing factors of nausea and vomiting induced by anti-lung cancer drugs commonly used in clinical, based on which, through further study, the risk of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy which were used in lung cancer patients can be forward-looking assessed. At the same time, it can also play a role in the development of clinical chemotherapy to improve the life quality of patients, meanwhile, we analysised the cost-effectiveness of several commonly used clinical treatments.Method:1.By the method of pharmacoepidemiology, we picked out 464 cases from 1200 lung-cancer patients under chemotheray, who come from 5 Oncology Hospitals from January 2008 to June 2010 in Qingdao.Chemotherapy drugs: Paclitaxel, docetaxel(docetaxel),gemcitabine, vinorelbine, etoposide and cisplatin. All of them finish more than 4 weeks of chemotherapy. The therapeutic effect of 464 cases of patients were evaluated, according to the clinical evaluation of anticancer drug of WHO standard, Then, the patients were divided into two groups which was based on the degree of nausea and vomitting in or after the treatment.0,as group A, more than I',as group B,were set as the dependent variable respectively. Independent variables includ age(X1),sex(X2),KPS score(X3),bad hobbies(X4),treatment plan containing platinum or not(X5),the the dosage of platinum agents(X6),the number of chemotherapy(X7),the number of days of chemotherapy(X8),the category of tumor(X9),the stage of tumor(X10),in which,sex(X1),bad hobbies(X4) and treatment plan containing platinum or not(X5) are the categorical variable of the independent variable. The data was analyzed with SPSS11.5.The method of ticking variance in Logistic analytic process is likelihood ratio statistic backward method(Backward:LR). Therefore, when P≤0.1,this factor is considered a statistically significant difference.2. By the method of cost-effectiveness evaluation in pharmacoepidemiology, we compared the pharmacoeconomics of four common clinical chemiotherapy of nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Results:1.After all the patients were given different chemotherapy according to their tumor types and stages,we estimated the curative effect of all patients.Effective rate (RR) is 40.4%,in which, adenous cancer is 36.4%,squamous cell carcinoma is 45.8%,small-cell carcinoma is 39.0%,above 88% patients achieve goals of treatment.Statistical analysis showed that:the risk factors related with nausea and vomitting are sex(P<0.01), age(P<0.01), drinking(P<0.05),containing platinum or not(P<0.01), the the dosage of platinum agents(P<0.01) and the times of chemotherapy(P<0.01).2.In order to gain a single of effect, the cost of nonsmall-cell lung cancer patients are: GP (271.51),NP (175.42),TP (248.05),GC (269.90)Conclusion:1.The influencing factors of nausea and vomitting induced by lung cancer chemotherapy are sex, age,KPS score, containing platinum agent or not,the dosage of platinum and chemotherapy times.2.From the pharmacoeconomics point of view we found out that we found that NP treatment plan is the most clinical significant plan of the four chemeotherapy of nonsmall-cell lung cancer.
