Stroke, Acute High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein Changes And The Relevance Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective:To investigate and to analyze clinical syndromes of 48 patients,for researching the correlation between syndrome changing and High-Seneitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-Crp).To establish the groudwork of blood-stroke determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs.Initial approach the clinical signigicance of High-Seneitivity C-reactive protein.Method:48 patients were diagnosed into six basic syndromes according to Diagnostic Standards of Syndrome Differentiation on Apoplexia. Divide them in two groups on the basis of their degree of Hs-Crp,the formation of carotid plaque and course of disease.Investigate the relation and test it in statistical method.Results:The degree of Hs-Crp between acute stage and convalescence has a remarkable statistical significance.It also has a remarkable statistical significance in wind syndrome,fire syndrome,phlegm syndrome and neurologic impairment.But it have no statistical significance in blood-stasis syndrome and Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactive syndrome.It has a statistical significance in blood-stasis syndrome,Qi-deficiency syndrome in to fall ill 14 days.It has no statistical significance in other syndromes and neurologic impairment.Whether or not the carotid plaque has formed has a statistical significance in the degree of Hs-Crp.But it has no statistical significance in six basic syndromes.It has no statistical significance between normo-Hs-Crp and anomal-Hs-Crp in all syndrome in acute stage.The degree of Hs-Crp has no statistical significance in the different position of focus.The conclusion that has no dependablity between the degree of Hs-Crp and six basic syndromes.It has a significant direct correlation between the degree of Hs-Crp and neurologic impairment in acute stage and convalescence.It has a significant direct correlation between the degree of Hs-Crp and phlegm syndrome.It has no significant direct correlation between the level of Hs-Crp to heighten in acute stage and the improvment of patient's condition in 14 days.It has direct correlation between the level of Hs-Crp in acute stage and Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactive syndrome in convalescence.Conclusion : The degree of Hs-Crp heighten in acute stage of cerebrovascular disease,it goes down while the course of disease get in convalescence.And it also higher than the normal level.The wind syndrome,fire syndrome,phlegm syndrome and neurologic impairment are obvious in acute stage.At the same time it has the Qi-deficiency syndrome.With the course of disease was progressed,the wind syndrome,fire syndrome,phlegm syndrome and neurologic impairment have improved.And the Qi-deficiency syndrome has strengthened.The blood-stasis syndrome,Qi-deficiency syndrome and neurologic impairment in the anomal-Hs-Crp grout are more graveness than the normo-Hs-Crp group in convalescence.Patients whose carotid plaque has formed have the higher degree of Hs-Crp than the patients whose carotid plaque hasn't formed.No matter when in acute stage and convalescence patients whose degree of Hs-Crp is higher are have more graveness neurologic impairment.Patients whose degree of Hs-Crp is higher are have more graveness phlegm syndrome in convalescence.Patients whose degree of Hs-Crp is higher in acute stage are have more graveness Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactive syndrome and neurologic impairment in convalescence.
