| Objective:Through filling the compound of Chinese traditional sturdy- positive-medicine prescriptions and the movement training to the big mouse , observe the medicine and training's influence on liver energy metabolism correlation enzyme and the movement ability, clarify its mechanism of improving the ability of body movement and anti-fatigue, provide the scientific basis for better instruction movement training and the enhancement movement ability, and lay the foundation of the Chinese traditional medicine development which suits the athlete drinks for the next step.Method:112 male Wister big mice were randomly selected and divided into group A (peaceful group), group B (moving group), group C (peacefully fortified young group) and group D (moving fortified young group). After B and D group were trained for 8 weeks, Group C and D were filled with the compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions every day. Eight weeks later, each group was randomly divided into 4 subunits, namely: the peaceful group, the quota load group, the instantly exhausting group and the renewing group. At the corresponding time the mice were executed and the content of liver glycogen, free fatty acids (FFA) and the activity of lipase, calcium ATP enzyme, MDH and SDH in liver of mice were measured at the rest state. The time was all determined. All of the data was handled with single factor variance analysis and T examination by the software of SPSS13.0. The significance reached is P<0.05.Results:Under the peaceful condition, the quotas loads condition, the exhausting instantly condition and 12 hours renewing condition, the exhaustive time of group B, C, D is much longer than group A; group D is also longer than group B and C (P<0.05). Under each kind of condition, the activities of SDH, MDH, PK, lipase, calcium ATP enzyme, and the contents of liver glycogen, free fatty acids (FFA) of group D are obviously higher than those of group A, B, C. The activities of MDH, calcium ATP enzyme of group B are higher than those of group A, C (P<0.05); besides individual circumstance, the activities of SDH, lipase, and the contents of liver glycogen, free fatty acids (FFA) of group B are also higher than those of group A, C. In the quotas loads condition, the activities of SDH and the content of free fatty acids (FFA) of group C are remarkably higher than those of group A, B; in the peaceful condition the activity of lipase of group C is also higher than that of group A, B. In the peaceful condition and 12 hours renewing condition the content of liver glycogen of group C is higher than that of group B.Conclusion:1. Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could coordinate the movement training, lengthen movement time, and improve obviously the movement ability and anti-weary ability, but its mechanism need to be study more.2. The long-term sport training may enhance the activities of the liver energy metabolism correlation enzyme, SDH, MDH and calcium ATP enzyme. The aerobic oxidases in liver tissue have adaptive response, and postpone exhausting time site for the big mouse.3. Although single Chinese traditional sturdy- positive- medicine prescriptions has definitely influence on the liver energy metabolism correlation enzyme, it couldn't enhance their activities remarkably, and it's influence on some enzyme activities is not be better to single sport training.4. Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could coordinate the movement training, enhancing the activities of the liver energy metabolism correlation enzyme, SDH, MDH and calcium ATP enzyme, protecting the liver cells, enhancing the activities of lipase.5. Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could coordinate the movement training, slowdown glycogen reduction, and keep stabilization, increase the content of free fatty acids (FFA), improve the movement ability and anti-weary ability obviously. |
