SC low dose didn't have obvious depressurization on SHR. However,SC low dose have obvious depressurization on RHR rat, midst dose have the best depressurization effect, large dose have lower effect than midst dose.3.3.2 Observe SC long-term administration's effects on SHR,RHR rats'blood pressure,heart rate and general behavioral.SC long-term administration obviously relieve hypertension's nonage buildup tendency, inhibit hypertensive disease's further development. Comparing with synchronization model group, depressurization amplitude reach 15mmHg,with the demonstration that SC have corking depressurization effect.SC can decrease the irritability degree, diminish fight, clear urine, keep Sed willy-nilly of SHR rats.
